"The bar server at the pool was very nice, he always remembered our orders and made sure we had refills on a timely manner; so was the breakfast waiter Leo, and the waiter Carlos at Olive. The whole stay was very pleasant, I traveled with my husband and grandfather and we had a few incidents of them slipping when getting out of the shower (my husband even broke his eyebrow with the fall) so if I were to give any constructive feedback it would be to have some kind of anti slip mat, specially for the elders. Our overall stay was great, and the customer service was the highlight of it, everyone very polite and kind. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family."
