Leona Vicario Trip

The ocean was visible from our balcony with the flags and a little bit of the city. It was beautiful and relaxing.

No ocean view, but pool was great

It was affordable, very clean and efforts were always being made to maintain the property. Food was mediocre, but there were lots of choices which made up for it. Male bar staff by the pool were not super helpful/ or approachable , but female staff around the pool, on the beach and in housekeeping worked so hard and were nothing short of wonderful. Rosio and Fabi ans well as Abigail in cleaning were exceptional and were a big part of why I feel positively about the resort.

I loved the room. The best part was the ocean view, breathtaking. There were 2 downfalls though. The shower was cold and the toilet was clogged. After reading the multiple signs, not throw paper in toilet, it was still clogged. And the receptionist didn't really explain much about the hotel, as far as how to get to the room, if there is an elevator or stairs, room service or other amenities in the building. Basically, if I didn't ask, I wouldn't know. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.
