By arrival to hotel when check-in they charge more than 10$ that I have to pay citi/local tax by my packaging price, i paid about 35$. It was bad surprise. Other than it were nice and pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the many services provided like drink service to the beaches and the grill outside by the pool for easy lunch dining. also enjoyed the liquor within the rooms for meals there were a few times where i wish there was a filtered water station as at some meals I felt as though I was waiting a tad to long for a server but overall that did not ruin my stay in the slightest.

Blankets for bed were and scratchy polyester. Booked resort for 5 nights and actually left a day early because we were so disappointed and the front desk staff could care less… never even asked what was wrong or if they could do anything to help the situation. Never had ONE decent meal trying to get into the restaurants for dinner was a joke. Tried 3 different restaurants 3 different nights and at 7:30pm each said sorry no more availability for the night even though they appeared to have numerous empty tables and would not take reservations for the following evening. Asked the front desk for assistance… said there was nothing they could do. Room service was GOD awful except the fruit plate.
