Great customer service. Very Clean. Excellent location and value. Pool area could use more shade. Hot tub wasnt working it seemed. Our shower had a window for ventilation that needed repairs and the balcony door handle as well. Would stay again.

I did not like that there was no breakfast or that the lobby did not have a water cooler. I am comparing this property to other nearby hotels. They have breakfast and, in the lobby, you can have water, hot tea or instant coffee. I missed these things.

We loved our stay. We got a Signature Studio Suite, which is basically a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen, big, convenient. The hotel personal is amazing, always willing to help, the hotel is well located, near the beach and the 5th avenue, but at the same time a bit further and the noise and craziness don't bother you. It is also really close to an ADO bus station in case you want to use their airport transportation. There is a walmart close by, several small stores, a park if you want a place for your kids to run.
