This property is very clean and maintained daily. Room service was spot on. Security Guard at the entrance was very comforting. It is in the perfect location to everything you need and want. It is 1 block to 5th Ave. 2 short blocks to the Beach and a short walk to Walmart or the Ferry.

Fantastic. Very central and next to the beach. Swimming pools are amazing. There is an open air disco that plays very loud music until 3am. So bring your ear plug or go dance !

This is a beautiful little place! The rooftop pool, hot tub, and patio is lovely and has bar service if you want it. The rooms were nice, very clean, and a great size! I was very happy with what we got for the price. Tons of great things to do within walking distance and you can walk to the beach within 5-10 minutes. My only complaint was there must have been a nightclub next door and the music was very loud until 3-4am. If we had a baby or difficulty sleeping this would make this property a no-go.

Positivo: Ubicación. El hotel está a 1 calle de la 5ta avenida, justo a la mitad teniendo muchísimas alternativas de comida y compras en ambas direcciones. Se tiene muy cerca muchísimas alternativas para comer (todas que buscamos en OpenTable.. porque el personal del hotel no tenía NINGUNA recomendación cuando les consultamos). La habitación estaba muy limpia y la cama cómoda. Negativo: Si su viaje es de descanso, actividades culturales o compras este no es el hotel para quedarse, ya que por la noche el ruido es INSOPORTABLE. Teníamos una habitación que daba a la calle, puede que las traseras sean más silenciosas. En la esquina habían unos bares/restaurantes que ponían música a partir de las 8pm hasta pasada la media noche, haciendo MUY difícil conciliar el sueño.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. The pool on the roof is great. The only downside is the noise from the bars next door. It is very loud especially on weekends and it goes on until about 3:30 am. So bring ear plugs! But overall the hotel is good, clean and comfortable.
