Resort is beautiful, beach is lovely and the staff is wonderful. Only criticism would be that after requesting one king sized bed, in one of our 2 booked rooms, multiple times, we were placed in a room with 2 double beds.

Location location location. If you are looking for a decent resort that has all the basics and then some, with an easy walk to the beach and nightlife/town, this is the place to go. Decent food options each day, (with themes at times) attentive, polite and respectful staff, clean rooms, and a fantastic location, this is our 2nd time visiting and shall be coming back for a third time next year.

Pool was enjoyable. Only thing that would be nice is if there was a bartender always down on the pool level. The bartenders, especially Geraldo, did great, but hard for them to do both top and pool level. Hot tub was not hot, and no jets working in the 2 side hot tubs.

Rooms were clean, the staff was AMAZING, food was okay. Beach access had boats docked, not the best beach access. The smell on the 2200 side was awful, luckily we had outings planned. You just got use to it after a while.

The room was good but had an issue with the bathroom faucet otherwise pretty standard. Mattresses were a bid stiff and not very comfortable but overall resort was great The food and options were plentiful and had a variety. Reservations for the Mexican Italian dinners were easy and we did also pay the $20 per person for the hibachi experience which was well worth it. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH and no extra costs for seating and umbrellas all included no extra cost for cabanas near pools either staff was amazing everyone so helpful friendly and remembered our names. We stayed for 6 nights Hot tub was not hot at all luke warm and only 2 jets were running Property is walking distance to Calle 5 where all the shops restaurants and night life for all ages can be found Would return again

Had a wonderful stay. Hotel is mid-size just the way we like it. Rooms were clean with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. Food options were really good. Hotel staff amazing. Always greeted you with a smile and remembered your name and drink order. Things to improve …add cream on your menu for coffee. Only milk was available . Also have a coffee station in the lobby for easy acess most importantly have a pleasant smoking area

The staff is amazing. The resort is clean. The food is good. Our only complaint was the night of our arrival there was a private event in the banquet room and it felt like we had a dance club in our room until 2am. Maybe bring earplugs and a sound machine? Also- there is a marina directly in front of the resort so the ocean view is obscured by boats. Overall we had a great stay.
