"The room was small but convenient, with efficient AC. Hosts are often nearby and very responsive via Whatsapp. Balcony is a must! The beach, lots of restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.
The only downside would be the noises of the minifridge and of regular life in the neighbourhood, but it's still much more quiet than near Quinta Avenida. Overall a very pleasant base to explore PDC!"

"The room we had was very basic. A bed, a desk, two night stands, tv, luggage stand, armour with a safe. The bath room was clean with a couple towels and basic toiletries. The a/c worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. They only provide housekeeping every other day. "
