"Clean room, great staff, but everything people say about the noise is right - the noise over the weekend is unbearable, at least in rooms facing the street. Bed could be more comfortable (way too soft), bit that's a personal preference. That shouldn't take away from the overall score, though. "

"We stayed for a few days in February and could not have been happier with the entire experience, from check-in to our unfortunate back-to-reality departure! We loved the pool area and especially loved the location of the hotel in downtown Playa. We did hear music on the weekend evenings but with earplugs or our little handheld sound machine, we were absolutely fine. We will stay here again!"

"Probably the worst hotel I stayed at. First it is located on the main street so there is noise all day and night. Second they have a bar at the top of the hotel that can play loud music until 2am. Third, they gave me a room just behind the reception and the staff is always talking with people or on the phone constantly, even at night. When you ask kindly to keep it down, they still continue. Basically, if you want to sleep, dont go there. I asked for another room but they said all the rooms were occupied, which was a lie. The saff is super rude and dont care about the clients. When you ask to talk to the manager, they say no. They dont clean the room during your stay. The room is very basic, bed was ok but shower was leaking, the sink faucet was broken. Well nothing was ok with this hotel, look away and find a decent one! But this is not where you want to sleep!"

"Old and dated hotel. The pool floor was green and it was not cleaned till the next day. The bed matresses were very hard and the pillows worse. The 'white' towels were of an unknown color. No water or safe in the bedroom. The included breakfast was horrible, just coffee and cold toasts, with your choice of butter or jam. The only good thing about this place is the location and the staff. I will not stay there again. "
