"Clean room, great staff, but everything people say about the noise is right - the noise over the weekend is unbearable, at least in rooms facing the street. Bed could be more comfortable (way too soft), bit that's a personal preference. That shouldn't take away from the overall score, though. "

"We stayed for a few days in February and could not have been happier with the entire experience, from check-in to our unfortunate back-to-reality departure! We loved the pool area and especially loved the location of the hotel in downtown Playa. We did hear music on the weekend evenings but with earplugs or our little handheld sound machine, we were absolutely fine. We will stay here again!"

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. Hotel is very dark in the hallways and staircase, my husband missed a step twice and when catching himself on the popcorn walls he scrapped his hands and had bad skin peeling and was bleeding so bad we had to buy bandages.out of two elevators, one was out of service and the other made a terrible noise . Room had no hand towels, staff mentioned they didn’t have any due to an administration change. Breakfast was in a different hotel and out of three days, two were not good. First day the waitress provided poor service, the second day the waiter didn’t show up so I ended helping the cook servings coffee for the tables. We won’t be staying again. It’s literally a hazard and a bigger accident waiting to happen on those stairs."

"NO BEACH!!!!! Poor selection of food, cheap alcohol!!! Rooms are ordinary, if you enjoy swimming in chlorine and drink cheap mixed cocktails, this is your place!!! Stuff is not helpful, management is careless, and it’s not my business that this place changed ownership last fall. YOU don’t have to trust my opinion, but if you would like to find out in a hard way, please purchase this horrible resort and reply to my review after your visit. By the way, there is no entertainment either, this place dies at 10 PM and you have to look for entertainment outside of this “wonderful” resort."

"Probably the worst hotel I stayed at. First it is located on the main street so there is noise all day and night. Second they have a bar at the top of the hotel that can play loud music until 2am. Third, they gave me a room just behind the reception and the staff is always talking with people or on the phone constantly, even at night. When you ask kindly to keep it down, they still continue. Basically, if you want to sleep, dont go there. I asked for another room but they said all the rooms were occupied, which was a lie. The saff is super rude and dont care about the clients. When you ask to talk to the manager, they say no. They dont clean the room during your stay. The room is very basic, bed was ok but shower was leaking, the sink faucet was broken. Well nothing was ok with this hotel, look away and find a decent one! But this is not where you want to sleep!"
