I absolutely loved staying at Riviera del Sol. It was my first time out of the country, but I always felt completely safe. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the 200 pesos. If I go back to Playa del Carmen, I will certainly try to stay at Riviera del Sol again!

That is a great hotel and a great location,the late check out they charge $10/hr they could be more flexible, on the last day we found a lot of cockroaches in the room, but they gave us poison for it.

I loved it!! Very good location. Everything was very accessible, cleaned, at night there is a little noise in the nightclubs and bars but they changed my room and it was much better. Thank you

While the hotel and the surrounding area is very nice, the humidity inside the room was unbearable. Also, the room we booked was a two-queen suite, but the beds were not queen. They were full size mattresses. A little disappointed about this.
