"Rude morning waiter at breakfast. He said there was no menu and told us there was omelettes only and no price. When we were shocked to find out the total, he demanded a 15-20 percent tip. The rooms were nice but not as expected. We booked a partial ocean view and had no view at all of the ocean"

"The room is very nice, and the staff is terrific. The cleaning services every day are very good and the views from the hotel are great and the location is great. It’s right next to Muza a very nice restaurant. There is also a restaurant in the hotel when tourism is at its peak."

"This is an amazing place to stay. I would stay again for sure. Very nice beach and you can take the electric car to go to the ruins. The only thing to keep in mind is that getting in and out of the hotel requires ordering a taxi from the hotel since they don't let anyone in and out of the park where the hotel is located. Very friendly staff and the room is very well equipped."

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "
