I love staying here every time I’m in cancun. Although this time no one showed me to my room. So I had to lug my luggage and figure out where my room was all alone. And the staff was not friendly. One man in particular. Otherwise loved my stay close to all the fun outside and safe

Rooms are nice, food was great, staff is helpful and nice.

Loved the staff, beach area is not that nice or a good location but I loved the area and staff. I kiss wish they wouldn’t push the timeshare pitch.

Beautiful Property! We were very excited to arrive at property! Did not like everything was a sales opportunity! Didn't take I'll let you know later. Called my room every AM 8-10am to tell me they were waiting on us for tour. Asked us for 80$ down for tour. Which turned info 20$ that I was supposed to get back if we didn't come for tour. Asked for that back. They had no idea what i was talking about. Room was very well maintained. To refill on snacks, drinks to turn down service. Called about beedroom AC wasnt cooling like over rooms. Someone did come look at it. But didn't fix. Wish there were more times on restaurants. Didn't really know what was open or closed. Everything seemed to close down at 10pm. Pools, food. Would been nice to sit in a hot tub after hours. And mby there was one open we didn't know about. Food was good in all the restaurants. Room service was great all and all we had a great stay. We had a nice view on beach. And staff brought us drinks. Better service at beach than by pool, actually. Loved the location of our room. Back door walked out to everything. All and All a Great Trip!!. Thxs again!!
