"Food wasnt great but decent. Room was excellent and most staff, not all staff. Lots of beach activities. Lots of wildlife that we loved. Hated the swim times, got yelled at for an after dinner swim.. rediculas."

"While dated, the property is well maintained and taken care of. There are plenty of trees for shade and the main walkways are always clean and protected from rain. The staff are helpful even late into the evening."

"Muy buena la propiedad. Solo no me gustó q al ser tran grande, para moverse debe ser en carritos de golf....y aunque el servicio es bueno y rápido, termina a las 10.15 pm. Me parece muy temprano para un hotel, pues las actividades a veces aún no acaban. Entonces uno tiene q decidir si no participa.....o si después camina mucho en plena noche."

"I really enjoyed my stay! The food was amazing, with lots of choices to suit everyone. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. There are also tons of free activities to enjoy throughout the resort, so there’s never a dull moment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The pros: Beautiful pools on the impressions side. The meals at Cielo and Bisou were wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa was great - we did the 80 minute massage and 50 minutes of hydrotherapy. The resort was not crowded at all and we never had an issue getting seated poolside. The cons: Made the mistake of doing one of their timeshare presentations - they were rude and condescending. We spoke with other guests at the resort who had similar experiences with the rude selling tactics. Many of the restaurants offered some meals for an extra charge which was frustrating. The Butler service was ok. It was not a real butler service but they were nice and tried their best."
