This hotel was probably the best place I have ever stayed at. The property was immaculate, there were so many members of staff ensuring everyone there had an amazing stay. Our room was cleaned and restocked twice a day with fresh water and snacks. Petit Lafitt was perfect for what we wanted. We had toured Mexico City, Merida, Tulum and finally Playa Del Carmen. We were aware this area would be very different to all those I'd mentioned before so opted for somewhere that would be more homely than the larger resorts. Huge property and the cheaper Zen section is actually the nicest, at least in term of the public areas. Service was outstanding, utterly faultless and the food was gourmet level and way above what you'd expect of an all-inclusive. Great location just a 5 minute taxi ride from Playa Del Carmen. Highly recommended.

Beautiful luxury resort in Playa Del Carmen. The property is extremely well-maintained with modern amenities, and the staff were very polite and helpful.
