"By far truly one of the best ever all inclusive resorts! The attention to detail by all the staff makes you feel super valued. I stayed on the 5th floor ocean front and Ruben from room service was exceptional and truly exceeded any request or expectation. Will definitely be staying here again!"

"My first time to this hotel/location and I can definitely say I will be back ! I loved the closeness of 5th Avenue and all it has to offer. The north beach was my favorite in the morning, and then the pool in the afternoon. The tireless efforts to remove the sargassum was amazing. The event staff was wonderful to interact with.. as was all the other staff members. So helpful and very kind. The specialty restaurants offered delicious foods, and I could always find something at the buffet I enjoyed. I was offered an upgrade to my room at arrival as it was off season, and I can honestly say it was the best decision to have that beautiful room and view! With all good fortune , I will be back next year! And bring more friends!"

"This was my first inclusive resort and I'm so glad I chose Hyatt Vivid. The staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. I went solo for my birthday. I had a mishap or misunderstanding, but Cristina, the manager, was the best and she was able to call and talk me through what happened. Now the seaweed at the beach was a lot which is natural for my understanding.i will visit again and I will be telling all my coworkers to stay here .I will be back again. Thank you for everything."

"Malheureusement pour nous, cet hôtel reef 28 a été un cauchemar. Dès notre arrivée le 2 mai, on nous informe que la piscine sera non accessible pour tout notre séjour. On a booké l’hôtel 10 jours avant notre arrivée et jamais on nous a avisé que la piscine serait non fonctionnel car autrement nous aurions booker ailleurs. L’insulte à l’injure: le staff nous avisé qu’ils étaient au courant de la fermeture de la piscine depuis 1 mois déjà. On tente de me faire signer un document comme de quoi j’ai été avisé et que je ne peux rien leur réclamer. Cette péripétie a fait en sorte que j’ai dû dormir une nuit au reef 28 hôtel pour adultes, pour par la suite être transféré au reef coco beach pour les 4 jours restants de notre séjour dans un hôtel familial, le voyage de couple est tombé à l’eau… Le reef coco beach est un beau site, la nourriture est bonne, les chambres bien ordinaire (style motel), mais c’est un resort familial et non pour adultes seulement comme ce qui était prévu. Le reef 28 a refusé de nous compenser monétairement malgré le fait que nous avons payé beaucoup plus cher pour le reef 28 que nous aurions payé au reef coco beach dès le départ. Le personnel nous à manqué de respect dans la manière qu’ils ont traité la situation et rejetait la faute sur Expedia qui nous avait pas informé des travaux. Es ce que Expedia savait et nous a vendu cet hôtel malgré tout comme la gérante du reef 28 le prétend? Expérience et service client terrible pour reef 28."

"Nothing worked. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work. The ceiling fan did not work, it was dirty, the elevator in the building did not work. That means there was no access to the pool or hot tub on the roof. I could go on and on. Let’s just say the only thing that did work was the bed was comfortable. Nothing else worked, even the toilet didn’t flush."

"I wanted something outside the all-inclusive bubble, however with an ocean front and beach (the beach was small however nice enough to relax, the water is not swimmable there’s boats but its an ocean vibe besides nice to see and hear from my room. As a solo traveler I was looking for something near everything. This hotel is literally walking distance to everything (I hit the jackpot) my room had a beautiful view. I got the ocean front view. Down below (the beach area to the left there’s a restaurant that you can order food and drinks they will bring it to you as your relaxing on the beach. You can’t go wrong with little gem, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Also, if you want to cook they had an electric portable stove (I found out my 8day I was there) I wish I would have known earlier. Walmart is walking distance (I walked from the hotel) to purchase beverages, bread, snacks (though you have a 7/11 the next street over, but I ran out of Nespresso pods I got them at Walmart. I did have issues with darn WiFi (it lagged) overall this is a great gem. "
