Would say this is a good budget hotel when traveling with small kids under 10. The water park kept our 4 and 6 yo. entertained most of the days during our 7 day stay. The playroom is very limited and would not keep older kids entertained more than a couple of hours. This hotel lacks in entertainment for guests. Great location. Good views. Bar area needs help to improve atmosphere.

We recently stayed at Temptation Cancun Resort and overall had a great experience, especially when it comes to the food. We have visited Cancun about seven times, and this hotel stands out as the best so far for dining. The food was phenomenal, and the Italian restaurant was a highlight Chef Noel was amazing, The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The resort is also very clean and well maintained. However, they are quite strict about taking photos during activities and shows. One downside was transportation. The hotel does not provide airport transfers, so guests must arrange and pay for a private shuttle. Communication around this could be better our flight was delayed, and unfortunately the shuttle did not wait for us, and we did not receive a refund, so we had to pay for an extra taxi. The beach area is not the best compared to other resorts, but overall we still recommend this hotel, especially for the food and service.
