"Visited this hotel 5 years ago and many thing have changed, seems like they are trying to convert to timeshare and you got the impression that they want you to buy and less concerned with the all inclusive resort feel"

"The hotel is very clean and rooms were cleaned daily, the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly. The only issues I had was the pillows are horrible, it’s right on a main access road to the beach so is very loud and it’s open concept so you hear everything in the halls and lobby even on the third floor, the hours are very odd for an adults only as the bar is only open from 11am to midnight and the buffet is not all day. The food however was excellent especially the Italian restaurant! It’s nice and close to the pier to go to Cozumel as well as great shopping and night life! Definetly a pros and cons resort"
