"The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily."

"When we arrived our concierge, Julio was amazing at the Exhale club check-in. One of our pools was closed for renovations, so we were allowed access to the Secrets, pool and Rosewater restaurant. At the Secrets pool, our pool side servers named Edwin and Roger were exceptional.
