"Great service from staff, best food of the many all inclusives we have visited. Large comfortable rooms with excellent cleaning service. Pools galore esp the lazy river. Beach however was a problem due to seaweed even although the hotel has trying their best to keep it clean."

"Disgusting experience at Breathless Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa. My Rolex was stolen from my room after housekeeping entered my room. I took it off before going to the pool around 11:00 AM, placed it inside my zipped jewelry bag, and returned around 2:30 PM to find it missing. My room had been cleaned during that exact time frame. I reported it immediately, and instead of acting with urgency or concern, management gave excuses, offered zero solutions, and treated me like the problem. They hid behind “protocol” and implied that because it was not in the safe, somehow theft from my room is acceptable. Manager George was especially disgraceful—he offered no help, no accountability, then walked away and refused to speak with me while I was dealing with a serious theft. This resort clearly cares more about protecting staff and avoiding responsibility than protecting paying guests. If something valuable is stolen from your room, don’t expect honesty, urgency, or competent management. A luxury resort with bargain-basement security and even worse leadership. Stay elsewhere."
