"Great resort! The resort sections are along the beach, so wherever you are, the beach isn’t a far walk. The resort is also easily walkable with elevators if needed. Food was good and staff are very helpful. "

"The check in was horrific! I have my confirmation from Expedia that I was booked in el cid spa and beach, however when I check in they said I was booked at Ventus Ha. They said that Expedia provided the wrong information to them; I refused to stay at Ventus ha, and it cost me another large amount to added to my original expense. I need see if Expedia made the error or if the person at the check in desk was just up charging me. I definitely want this investigated and the money reimbursed "

"Loved loved loved everything especially the food and the staff at the buffet! Horrible staff at Himitsu restaurant! We waited 40 min with a pager then went back after 1&1/2 hours and they seated people ahead of us because they gave the host $20 & security was called when my husband called him out! Bianca made everything amazing after we spoke to her!!!!! "

"The rooms are clean and the staff are great. We had a swim out pool and it was well maintained. The property is in a desolate area and has a private beach."

"We stayed mostly at the pool with the swim up pool bar and activities. It was a fun atmosphere with lots of games and music going on. Gustavo and Henry at the swim up bar are amazing!"

"This was a very calm, relaxing resort. If you want a calm vacation, this is your spot. This is family friendly resort so if you’re looking for late nights, this is not the place. Bars close at 11pm and everything else seemed to close earlier than that. Located right on the beach, which was fantastic! There is seed weed so be prepared for that. They do try to keep it cleaned however it’s not always. Check in and out was pretty quick and easy and the entire staff was super helpful and accommodating. "
