"first impressions were great. great location and new-ish place that i got for a good price (probably because there was construction next door and the jack hammering was included in the price at no extra charge) i was on the main floor so i didn't get a very nice balcony. the unit hadn't been thoroughly cleaned when i arrived. but it was the fact that there were major problems within the unit: the kitchen element, the coffee maker, the a/c remote. of course, the front desk is FIRST to tell you...
