"This resort is beautiful and has a lot of amenities including bowling, laser tag, tennis and pickleball courts, a batting cage and a water park for the kids. The wildlife here is amazing including monkeys, coatis, capybaras, iguanas, raccoons, a crocodile, deer and a couple of cats. The food was really good at all the restaurants and the buffet. They have a juice bar near the beach pool which makes fresh juice everyday. Mike’s coffeehouse has the best cafe options including cappuccinos, lattes (both cold and hot), teas and delicious desserts. We literally went there everyday some times twice a day it was soo good. We found the nightlife was a bit of a disappointment with everything wrapping up by around 10:30 -11:00pm. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff work very hard to keep everything clean. The one thing I wasn’t a fan of was the design of the bathroom. The shower and toilet are separated but there is no real privacy when using the toilet. Also, the bathtub in our room had rust and didn’t really work but that was fine as we just used the shower everyday which always had steaming hot water and the water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable and there’s was a lot of room in our room. Our minifridge was restocked everyday and we had asked for extra water and they always gave it to us. The drinks at the swim up bars were really good and all the bar tenders were nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to this resort. "

"Since there is no Uber at the airport, the hotel shuttle saves us time and money. We booked the hotel shuttle 24 hours before the time and the driver, Miguel, was friendly and was able to get to the airport earlier than the scheduled time. The hotel is very near to the airport which is great for morning flights. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected as well. The building still looks new and clean and the room was just like the picture. If you plan on exploring Cancun downtown, go to other cities, or taking day trips, this hotel is great. It's possible to use uber from the hotel, and it's not far from both downtown and the hotel zone. "

"Disappointed to say the least. I knew about the seaweed. Did not know it would be a filthy dark, dirty beach with dump trucks and tractors going non stop across the beach. We were in the old part called "Sunrise" in the smallest room which smelled like paint in the bathroom and the whole time I just wanted some cleaner and a scrub brush to clean the shower. and although we paid for a "garden view" we found out all rooms faced the garden. Lots of pools, pool chairs, friendly staff but be prepared to be walked right over to the time share/moon palace club sales people right when you get there and offered $600 worth of "day passes" to the grand for sitting through a 90 minute class. No thank you. Food was not great. Breakfast and room service were the best. Very little to do if you want to be busy. Excursion and staff booking the excursions were 10/10. Family friendly if you want close to the airport and don't care about the ocean. "
