Book the reserve if you can! The service was exceptional, and our concierge, Veronica, was amazing. Every staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was simply amazing. We’ll definitely be back soon. 10/10

Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive
Reservations were very hard to make. You have to wake up at 6:30am and go stand in line to possibly get a reservation. Other than that well worth the money and a beautiful resort!
