"June 2026 very recent START WITH BROKEN TOILET SET, I SLIPPED OFF THEN REMOTES FOR AC NEEDED HELP THEN SHOWER, FLOODED THE ENTIRE ROOM , WORST NO WARM TO HOT WATER THEY AGREEED. "Beautiful resort , everything was perfect . A lot of things to do with kids . Amazing views , food and activities . The only thing that we didn’t like at all was that our flight was at 12:30pm , airport was at 45 to 1 hour distance and they schedule our pick up ( with no other option ) at 7:00am , my kids could a had breakfast cause everything opens at 7 . We were at the airport for 4 hours because of that ."

"Everything was clean and staff were very friendly. Only complaint was that our room needed service almost daily. The AC unit would not turn off causing our room to be freezing (they came and replaced the thermostat), our shower head fell off and broke, our toilet flushing button kept sticking causing water to run continuously and our shower ceiling plaster fell off into the shower in chunks after using shower. Overall the place has so much to offer and staff were attentive and friendly."

"Run—don’t walk! My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at Devossion for three nights, and honestly, it wasn’t nearly long enough. From the immaculate cleanliness of the hotel to the exceptional service and fresh, high-quality food, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A special shoutout to Carlos at Liberi Restaurant, who not only remembered us throughout our stay but also went above and beyond to make my birthday breakfast extra special. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. I also had the chance to experience both the spa and the speakeasy, and each was truly memorable. The spa was relaxing and rejuvenating, while the speakeasy offered a unique and enjoyable atmosphere. If I could suggest one thing, it would be adding a few more evening activities for guests. That said, it certainly wouldn’t stop us from returning. In fact, my husband and I are already trying to plan our next getaway there. Devossion is truly a top-tier destination, and we can’t wait to come back!"
