"We had a fabulous trip here! The prices were more affordable than other places we looked at, while still providing a top notch experience! We loved every second of our trip from our rooms, the pools, the ocean, the restaurants, and especially the amazing staff. Specifically Gustavo made our trip even better then we could have asked for, always engaging us in activities, while providing information, conversation, and the best dance moves. We also had a great time with staff members like Suzy, Victor, and Margarita!"

"My first time to this hotel/location and I can definitely say I will be back ! I loved the closeness of 5th Avenue and all it has to offer. The north beach was my favorite in the morning, and then the pool in the afternoon. The tireless efforts to remove the sargassum was amazing. The event staff was wonderful to interact with.. as was all the other staff members. So helpful and very kind. The specialty restaurants offered delicious foods, and I could always find something at the buffet I enjoyed. I was offered an upgrade to my room at arrival as it was off season, and I can honestly say it was the best decision to have that beautiful room and view! With all good fortune , I will be back next year! And bring more friends!"

"This was my first inclusive resort and I'm so glad I chose Hyatt Vivid. The staff was wonderful. I wish I could remember the name, but I can't. I went solo for my birthday. I had a mishap or misunderstanding, but Cristina, the manager, was the best and she was able to call and talk me through what happened. Now the seaweed at the beach was a lot which is natural for my understanding.i will visit again and I will be telling all my coworkers to stay here .I will be back again. Thank you for everything."

"The beach was lovely, while everyone around us had the cabanas ours had palm trees for shade instead which was really nice. Food was good for the most part, the Japanese and Italian restaurant were really good! The lunch buffet was definitely one of the stars, had a great variety of food that was really good. The steak house was okay, the fillet I had asked for medium was well done all around the edges and wasn’t medium up until the very middle of the steak. The bartenders were great, the cocktails of the day in the main lobby were phenomenal as well! Room service and staff were super friendly, we’ll definitely be coming back!"
