"The landscaping was beautiful! The pool was so refreshing after arriving in the heat. The room was clean. The bed was okay. It was fairly firm. The air conditioning was a must! The only downside to service was when we were at breakfast. There were 3 employees that were sitting next to us making phone calls, watching videos, and playing music loudly while we were eating. "I have been traveling to Cozumel for an annual diving trip for at least 12 years -- of which I have been staying at this hotel for the past 8-9 years. The staff remembers you. You can always determine a hotel is good when the staff stays on for years. "

"If you are looking for quet place with no street lights or pretty much anything within 30miles radius this is the place for you. Ocean front, sound of waves, super friendly stuff, amazing food! "The hotel room is adorable. Be advised, that there is a huge gap between the bottom of the hotel room door and the floor, that bothered me. I had to stuff a towel under there every night.
