"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Much Improved

"I stayed here in February this year and while the hotel itself was lovely, the location great and a reasonable price for its location, there some niggles with service and the lifts that meant i gave it 3 stars. I am delighted to report that on this second visit the feedback Gave to the hotel directly has been taken onboard and all the issues I had were addressed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and you would be hard pressed to find a comparable hotel in a central location cheaper."

Really nice with a couple exceptions

"Nice place. We had a beautiful view of the Tower bridge. The breakfast buffet was insanely expensive and not worth the price. There were only two downsides to the room. It had no AC and we were there during a heat wave. They did provide a fan. Both the sink and shower faucets leaked. Other than those two things, we really liked it."

Great hotel

"Fantastic hotel in London near the Victoria train station. Very convenient and beautiful place to stay. A little pricey but it’s London. Our second time to stay here two years running. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were great friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice. Loved it"
