Everyone associated to this hotel were very friendly , helpful and caring. The front person name starts in a P was easy to communicate and understood what i need. The bell personnel initiate conversation. They very helpful in sharing information. Room upgrade was classy. We were welcomed warmly and was given wine another day was 2 coke and 2 waters. Accessible to major attractions. Security is great The only concern are the taxi drivers are not aware how to access the front of the hotel. We were drop in different ways. not an issue . Will return to London and stay in this hotel. Its 5 hotel

We siurel received a VIP treatment. Upgrade I reveivef was great . God a room with the view of big eye . Looks wonderful at night . Petra was great checked us up if we the room was acceptable. Will use again

The only thing that was an inconvenience was the shower/bath tub. I am 4’11” and it was not easy for me to climb in and out of the bathtub. It is too high! I had to shower in the spa….

Great location, walking distance to the touring buses or public transportation. Breakfast buffet is great, room was already setup with the sofa bed for my kids to sleep in. Wanted to say that Martha from the front desk was very helpful and very friendly when checking in.
