Room was clean and enough for a couple of nights. We had a twin room bed was comfy. Bathroom is small but shower space is good. Very difficult to face wash in tbe sink as its small and tap sticks out to far. The bar is nice and a good last stop. Location is ideal to travel from. Staff were lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Our room was a three single bed option, we opted for non smoking. It reaked of cigarette smoke smell, there were two separate valves for hot and cold water in the sink (that barely functioned) the bidet also didn’t work properly and the power outlet ended up closing my hair dryer. Wouldn’t return but it was a central location. English breakfast was also limited and lackluster, not worth the extra £15.

The location was one of the things we loved about this hotel, close to the British museum, St Pancreas and for Us to some clubs to go at night (walkable) The room was clean and nice with a view to the little plaza inside de hotel.. the only thing I didn't like about this hotel is that it doesn't have a Safe to put your important documents or money.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a very busy hotel but efficient and clean and as a woman with 2 daughters I felt very safe in this location. We were on the 1st floor facing towards the main road so it was quite noisy but not unexpected

This is our first time to book on this hotel. We only booked for one night and would definitely come back. Service was superb. Room was clean and functional. The bed, pillows were soft. Had a very comfortable sleep because of this. Could barely hear noise from outside despite its close proximity from a main road. We have to use their concierge facility. The process of leaving and collecting our bag was a breeze with the help of Alfredo and Joseph. Claudia was very helpful with the breakfast too. This is a very busy hotel. Loads of guests coming in and out. A sign that they prefer the service and accessibility to everything being in central London. Definitely would use them again.
