It’s convenient, close to the subway and the Big Ben

Room was lovely and clean and bed was very comfortable. The room was a bit on small size for two adults with luggage! Found it difficult to move around!

The front desk and restaurant employees went out of their way to help us any way they can.

Small but actually felt very spacious. Perfect for an overnight. Sleep quality was good. We will definitely do this again.

Clean, easily accessible from and to Terminal 5. Amenities are average to good. Service was professional.

It is new (6 months) and ideally situated - We had an early flight from T3 and it was just a 15 minute walk underground to T3, so much better than getting stuck on the morning M3 traffic - Staff were keen to make sure we had everything and knew all about Hotel - They all insisted we went to the 'Runway ...

I thought the opening / closing hours of the Costa Coffee on site were poor..

It was a very special day, mine and my better halves anniversary and we went out for the day. When we come back they had surprised us with some Prosecco in our room and a plate of strawberries dipped in melted chocolate with “happy anniversary” on the plate. Overall great stay.
