The staff were friendly and helpful but they don’t have anyone manning the reception desk which mean nobody ever answers the phone and you’re waiting around 10mins for someone to come and see to you at the desk which is a little frustrating. "Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."
