Love this hotel, everyone was very professional and made you feel special. Room was nice and the bed was amazing, so comfortable. I had a massage with Charlene, whoow it was the best massage I've had. I wish I'd stayed longer, location is great too....Highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent location and friendly staff made this an enjoyable stay. Nice and quiet, and our room overlooked st Katherines dock! The room was really great too. Definitely stop for a drink in the bar too, really nice view of tower bridge.
Good location. The property is very well presented, rooms were very clean and quiet.Restaurant and bar areas were also clean and modern. All staff we interacted with were very courteous and pleasant. Will definitely stay there when we use Heathrow again.
The staff were attentive and thoughtful. This is a site Which serves those at Heathrow airport. It does this admirable offering well managed practical services right beside thdd Ed airport. There is an easily accessed pod service to the airport.
Clean lovely property. The front of the building appeared to be under construction but we heard no work noises during our stay. Staff was very accommodating, even letting us check in 2 hours early after a long flight!
I think the property was very nice and well kept. The rooms are a little small but very nicely configured with the modern amenities. My only complaints are the door was hard to close and my luggage was returned damaged. The back story to the luggage is, I arrived early and left my bag to go explore. ...
