The rooms at this property are modern and clean. However, it's total darkness in the rooms. They make it sound so relaxing and nice online, but having no windows means you don't know when it's day or night. There are no windows in the halls (which are painted a dark grey) and no windows in the the lobby (also dark grey). You don't see the light of day until you make your way down a long entry hall and out the front doors where you are usually greeted by smokers. Also, there is very limited space for hanging clothing (literally 3 wooden knobs on the wall), no counter surfaces, no washcloths, no hand towels. Check in is by kiosk, but no-one seems to be able to complete this on their own, so staff has to help. We asked for them to bring towels to our room and they basically said come down and get them. We asked them if they could hold our bags for a couple hours after checkout and they wanted 30 pounds. No thank you!
