Convenient hotel close to airport. They don’t have their own airport shuttle but lots of public busses from airport and stops in front or close to hotel. The breakfast have lots of hot and cold options, it’s almost the reason why you would stay here. Rooms clean and comfortable, nice and safe area. Will stay here again next time

Great hotel and good spot! Rooms clean and comfortable- staff were amazing, especially the reception team. We witnessed how quickly they responded when another guest lost her grandson (he had got into a lift alone & panicked) but they were amazing with everything and helped calm the kids down - fantastic service.

The staff at reception could be more helpful and efficient. The room itself was very good. Clean and neat for the most part. The washrooms were clean. The ventilation system seemed to have failed in one room. The location is not as close to the airport as one would think. You need to take the Elizabeth line and then catch a bus to get to the hotel.
