We stayed 8 nights in this hotel, it was very near to London eye, Big Ben and other tourist attractions. Just next to the underground station which made it easy for go around the city. Don’t get any hop on hop off as you already near to every thing you must visit. Our room was small for us and air condition was not working 4th night and they switched our room . Overall it was a nice hotel.

This hotel, while being green, is extremely dark. Room corridors and rooms had limited lighting and dark color in the corridors

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful, secured London Eye tickets and arranged for a car to the airport when we left after our two week stay. The restaurant and cafe on site were fantastic, room service was quick and accurate. Florentina from housekeeping was amazing.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean facilities. The only downfall was the pool facilities. The swimming pool was freezing, and both the steam room and sauna weren’t working. So it was a complete waste of time getting changed, only to find everything was a real disappointment.

Staff are amazing. Totally went out of their way. The lobby is nice and it is conveniently located to the tube and all sites. Walkable to many areas and the hop off / on bus. Had a nice pool, steam room and sauna. Coffee shop and restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again!
