Disappointed, expect more from Mercure
Long queues at check in. Had to wait for a table at dinner. Once ordered the food it took a long time to be served (almost an hour). Lipstick on drinks glass, when I took it back the server said “really!” in an abrupt manner. Felt under staffed. Watched a lady ( guest) handle lots of food at breakfast ( took some of it to her table!) then watched her put it back in the buffet for other guests, no staff on hand to inform or supervise! Really put me off. Breakfast was cold. Toaster didn’t work properly. Won’t be staying there again.
