Coming into a really small and windowless room was a shock compared to many other hotel rooms I've stayed at, but eventually, after a few hours, I got more used to it. I was staying there for only one night anyhow.

My first time staying at the Aerotel London Heathrow and I would stay here again. The location is very convenient and as is the transportation to London. One thing to note is that there isn’t much space in the room so if you have lots of luggage or just a large clamshell luggage you’ll have some difficulty with space.

As we had a late arrival into Heathrow followed by a midday departure the following day, it made sense not to try to go all the way into London. So I booked at the Aerotel. And I am so glad I did as the worldwide IT crash struck on our first day of travel into Heathrow and we were delayed several hours for a multitude of reasons. The hotel was like an oasis at the end of a very long day with a clean and surprising quiet room for it being located at Terminal 2 and 3! The staff were very efficient and helpful. And then we didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to fight our way back to the airport but just strolled out and onto the tube to Terminal 5.

Super convenient. Room was clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not much more than a bed, TV and a bathroom. Easy access to the tube and to Heathrow Express.

It served its purpose. It had no windows. It had 2 beds ,a chair and a bathroom that’s it. No ventilation at night once in bed. I tried to get the fan on and the room cooler than 20 degree Celsius , but no luck, yes I could have asked but we were only there 2 nights. Good location for the underground

The property is very convenient in that it is located in Terminal 2. The room is very small, by U.S. standards, but well appointed. I would recommend it for an overnight stay, but not longer.
