Very conveniently located directly in Heathrow Terminal 3, so was great for our early morning flight. Stayed as a family of 5 in one of the family rooms for which they also provided a small baby crib, which was really helpful. Room size was good for our room type and was clean & modern. Staff were very polite & helpful. Would definitely stay again when flying from terminal 3

While the room was small and windowless, it was super clean and efficient and right in Terminal 3. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the departures in Terminal 3, so it was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again if I have an early morning flight or need a brief stopover.

Simple room. Not a lot of bells and whistles. It’s an excellent and convenient place to stay for a long transit (18+ hours). Since there is no bag storage, I wish there was an agreement with the luggage storage opposite the hotel for discounts or free storage under a certain length of time.

So much more than I expected. Room was nice - beds were large and comfortable. Room comes with water bottled, hot chocolate, tea and cookies! Staff is very nice. Very convenient to catch and early flight. The tube runs through the airport and you can take an easy trip into town

I was traveling with my elderly mother with mobility issues so this was a great choice for our flight with virgin airlines as the hotel is just steps away. I booked a family room with accessible bathroom. It was perfect, except for having no windows. The room features a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. and free bottles of water. Heathrow assistance came to the hotel and help transfer us to check-in and throughout the airport to our gate. The hotel was not inexpensive, but worth every penny just for this service.
