My only recommendation is for some better upkeep on the building itself. Lots of scuffs, scratches, non-working outlets, and showers that all of a sudden become boiling hot. The staff were amazing!

Hotel is a bit farther from Heathrow than we anticipated but then other hotels in that area are also listed as Heathrow properties. It was approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport. First impressions are good. Some wooden furniture in our room was heavily scratched. Hotel restaurant has a heavily Indian emphasis. If you enjoy Indian food, the restaurant does an excellent job. The morning buffet is comprehensive and very good. Bathroom is fine. I'd stay there again, and recommend it for a one night stay in you have a morning flight out of Heathrow. Nothing fancy but adequate and fairly priced,

The room was clean. The bed wasn’t so comfortable. We both ended up rolling to the middle. The staff were pleasant. You do need to say on the booking site that you have your pay for parking. We had a meal at the restaurant and the food was fabulous.
