Surprisingly nice airport hotel for the modest price. Room very large, bed comfortable, clean room. Staff helpful and reasonably efficient. The slightly more expensive restaurant was very decent to my surprise (prices naturally high given captive market). Would happily stay again.

The hotel is fine. There is an overhead walkway linking to Terminal 4. This walkway which leads to several hotels is poorly labelled in the terminal and difficult to find. If you use google maps it will give a route outside around the parking garage where there are no sidewalks and lots of traffic.

It takes about 45 minutes to get from terminal 5 to hotel. Rooms are dirty, towel holders broken, bathroom is dirty. White stains on some small red pillows. Disgusting. Regret booking this hotel.
