Directions from website were not that helpful. Staff gave instructions through intercom, though were insufficient. We couldn't get to parking and weren't clear on where to go, drive in circles for over half an hour, got clocked with charges from entering the sorry stay carpark, and ended up paying to stay at another hotel!

Very pleased with the staff who were always helpful and very competent. Well appointed hotel with excellent restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel is near Heathrow so the surrounding area is bound to be unappealing to the eye. Would gladly stay in the hotel again!
