Very nice and clean hotel with great breakfast. The only qualm will be the absence of a movable shower head as showering kids became quite a hassle. The toilets at the lobby area were very clean and the staff were a great help when we needed any kind of help.

Superb breakfast, nice rooms, snacks available for purchase in lobby, easy airport shuttle (for a fee). The only challenge was that the signage at Heathrow is terrible for finding out where to get the shuttle to the hotels around the airport.
