Close to Westfield. A walk to SHEPHERDS BUSH UNDER GROUND TUBE. One train ride, One bus ride to most places. VERY Convenient.

Had to change rooms once because toilet wasn’t working properly —then when we went to another room it was too hot and toilet wasn’t working then we were told to change again but didn’t want to as we had too much luggage —very disappointed with a Hilton hotel

Twin bedroom was extremely tight, carpet was old and stained close to bed and found the previous occupants clothing in room behind a chair so obviously had not been properly cleaned. Bathroom was tired and needs updating , however overall breakfast was superb and staff very efficient on checkout but checkin was not friendly just clinical when it was our 1st time there. Concierge staff were excellent and very professional and informative for guests. Overall I was happy and would be happy to stay again if rooms were in better condition, on 2 nd floor we stayed . Thank you
