Wonderful staff, easy check in, attentive and ready to help. Check in by Luz was fantastic and Noura at the breakfast made sets this place apart from the rest.

Use this hotel sometimes because of convenience. It’s quite old hat now and could do with a refurbishment but rooms are big with a separate lounge which is great. Bed feels a bit hard.

Staff were very friendly. The twin suite we stayed in was a great size although the decor was a little tired. The pool and steam room were lovely, the changing room however could do with an update and the sauna was our if order. The lunch we had in the hoel bar was fine, if a little overpriced.

Five star prices but three star hotel. Room service and dining menu embarrassingly small, as if they were cooking on a tin plate in the basement or something. Ive been coming here since the 90s when it was a Hilton property, then Wyndham and now Millennium-owned. Both sales have bumped down its star rating. It appears not a single updating has been performed either, and its badly needed. Room rug scuff marks. Dented furniture Despite that, I keep coming here because it’s Chelsea and Quiet London. Irritated that they charge bear-five star prices for barely three star amenities.

We had to wait over 2 hours before we could get into our suite. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes We had to ask for a complimentary drink,this was not offered. Once in the suite there were no tea bags or sugar on the complimentary tray . There was a bottle cap left in the shower tray from previous guests. One of our dressing gowns were not relaced along with the flannels. There was damaged to the room with a hole in the wall, loose toilet handle , leaky tap and stained bedroom curtains. We mentioned this to the receptionist and a maintenance man without any notice turned at 9pm Saturday night. Staff, breakfast and room service lovely.

It was cold and we were provided with portable heater, I was also over charged on my credit card, I was informed a day before travelled that our pent house suite was not available on the day we were travelling from Texas.
