This was such a pleasant experience. Front desk at check in was so nice and helpful. I was able to get upgraded into an accessible room which was so great. I had a nice view of the water. The breakfast was also - so good. Has variety for travelers who might miss a breakfast burrito and such. Def will come back!

Great new hotel , room was described as king bed, but was a double at best. Bed was also extremely uncomfortable which was disappointing. Other then that, property was great.

Room was a little smaller than I envisaged but very comfortable, clean , quite , easy to get to and a good price. Slept like a log after a good night out at the O2 which is only one stop away, with the tube station 5 mins walk away. Will stay again.

Great business hotel in Canary Wharf. Room is small, but you are not there anyway to be in the room. The breakfast buffet and the bar were both great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The whole facikity was very clean.. So why four stars and not five? I arrived at the prooerty from an international flight from Miami at 10 am. Check-in was at three. The young lady at the desk told me that my room was available but i would have to pay 10 pounds an hour to get in early. That felt like a cheap move to nickel and dime me. I said no, brushed my teeth and changed clothes in the public bathroom in the lobby, stored my bags, and went shopping. Maybe its a London thing? I dont know. All i know is that it felt cheap and i dont like to feel extorted. I had great service while at the hotel, but they started off my expetience badly. I wish they had just said: Your room won'r be ready until the official check in time of 3.

I needed somewhere to stay the night before running the London Marathon. This was a perfect location to access everything I needed the day before and the day of the marathon. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient. I also enjoyed and appreciated the good food on offer in the restaurant. A nice atmosphere, a good nights sleep and the best way to feel comfortable before a big day.
