"Helpful staff, clean room, good choice for breakfast "

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"The hotel was close by to the train station and all amenities, the foyer and bar area and restaurant was really good, the room was clean and tidy but the furniture was outdated and the mattress was very hard so sleeping was very uncomfortable and the shower wasn’t very powerful. No iron in the room. The indoor swimming pool wasn’t very clean(dirty nappy left on a chair), bits floating in the pool and also it needs up dating. The staff were excellent and very helpful. "

"I’ve stayed her multiple times and always have had a lovely experience. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated. On this occasion in particular, they found out it was my birthday and went above and beyond. Left a sweet treat in my room upon arrival and gave us a free drink at the bar. Lovely way to start off a birthday weekend. Will definitely stay again "

"Overall a good stay. Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."
