Beautiful property right in the heart of the city, beside Liverpool Street station, 15 minute walk to the river. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the wellness floor with its infinity pool is a lovely space for relaxing. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. We dined in the restaurant and the food was excellent. Well done Pan Pacific, I will be returning

Fantastic property and staff. I’m an introvert so find it a tad disconcerting when people are overly nice but the staff do go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The wellness area was awesome, great pool, gym and sauna.
