"Very nice area and clean an modern hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming ... only downfall was the restaurant was closed when it wasnt stated prior it will be. Otherwise breakfast was really nice... comfy and clean rooms but very surprised to see the bathroom sink out in the bedrooms and even that wasnt stated anywhere on the hotel page when booking and that was something i know i didnt like about the room. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel. The hot tub an sauna was really nice but take note...

"Really clean and spacious caravan, very pretty setting. The only mark down on cleanliness was for the pool and changing areas, it was a nice pool but there wasn't really anywhere to change and leave stuff, and the general changing area/ toilets could've done with more regular cleaning. The caravan and everywhere else was very clean though, we had a lovely stay and would return."

"Just had a one night stay at The Wight, first impressions were very dated and tired. The staff there were amazing, so helpful and friendly and really made it for us. The girls used the pool and went down in the evening for table tennis. Comfy beds and clean kettle so winning!! Easy parking big plus. "

"As a high end hotel you should experience top rate hotel. Being the start of the season you would expect the hotel to be in prime condition as it’s not cheap. The staff are lovely ask and they will do their best to help. But our room smelt of smoke (put air con on 15 minutes later clear, the room/suite could do with upgrading. But my soppy gripe why have painting done by someone that can’t cut in. It looks cheap and not professional. This is evident in many areas. The front of the hotel needs a...

"We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...

"The only Issue we had was the lack of ales at the bar. Come Saturday evening, there was no real ale available at the hotel bar. This prevented us from eating at the hotel in the evenings. "
