"Staff lovely"

"Room was clean, but a little smelly after running the tap. Wardrobe was ridiculously small, like an armoir rather than a wardrobe. My dresses didn’t fit. Luckily radiator in bedroom was adjustable as it was very warm. Heaps of tea and coffee but we had to pop our fresh milk onto the windowsill outside as no fridge in room. Staff were excellent Slept well despite what appeared to be someone playing (badly) the last post on a cornet, down the hall."

"The hotel itself was very nice. The rooms were spacious and clean the gentleman who checked us in was a little unwelcoming and frosty. Car parking you had to pay for, which Marriott could have covered the cost."

"Rooms could do with some upgrading the shower heads could do with being bigger and I would say that the signal to the tv wasn’t great "

"Breakfast was excellent but the spa and pool were closed which is the main reason I booked. It would have been good to have that information before i booked "
