"Food is very overpriced. Panel separating bathroom and bedroom meant there was zero privacy. I am a frequent traveller and have never stayed in a hotel where breakfast finished at 9am. This is most unacceptable."

"Very friendly staff. Poorly served by public transport. Very “70’s” style Rooms sorely in need of an update and facelift. No USB ports. Very much a “transit” or “workman’s/white van man’s” hotel. Great for the golf course though I gather!"

"Room was clean, but a little smelly after running the tap. Wardrobe was ridiculously small, like an armoir rather than a wardrobe. My dresses didn’t fit. Luckily radiator in bedroom was adjustable as it was very warm. Heaps of tea and coffee but we had to pop our fresh milk onto the windowsill outside as no fridge in room. Staff were excellent Slept well despite what appeared to be someone playing (badly) the last post on a cornet, down the hall."
