Excellent value for money. Great big rooms, comfortable beds. A shower not connected to a bath would have been nice, but over all excellent.

Bed is very hard, uncomfortable to sleep Room service is expensive, paid 38 quid , asked to swap chips for potato and she still charged me extra, so attention to detail is poor, when you paying so much. Otherwise its a very nice hotel, rooms are spacious and aircon. Also this occasion I had a view of inside, didn't like that at all, if you psychic high prices for a room, then at least let me see outside

From check in to check out this was a really good experience. The air conditioning and temperature control wasn’t the best but for the price this was all great value. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the amenities but all looked good.

The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and the breakfast was good . There was plenty of parking . We arrived late and just needed a bed for the night before our cruise . Our issue was the comfort of the bed At home my bed is firm but the hotel bed was very hard the comfort topper had been well used and was flat . I had no sleep. If you like a VERY hard bed the hotel was good .
