"One bed apartment very nice, simply furnished but perfectly adequate. Lovely views over the city to the docks. Very central. On a pedestrian street so very difficult to gain access by car, Sat nav tried to take us down pedestrians only street. Could have benefited from better instructions. Otherwise ..."

"The staff were super friendly and the location was amazing! We could sit beside the Thames and enjoy an evening soda. We could walk across the Millennium Bridge to see the Globe Theatre. It was a very easy walk to the underground station and to a Sainsbury's Local for a snack. The room was well equipped ..."
"We loved our stay at Princes street. Our room for 4 persons was clean, well appointed kitchen and very central. "If you’re into a vibrant and urban experience and if modern vibey ambience ticks your box, then look no further! Although there are probably cool and laid back places in London as well, this spot brings “this” exceptional value to your trip. It is located at the heartbeat of Hackney, which gives ..."
"Incredible location, very modern hotel with a lovely gym. Rooms were soundproof. Very comfortable cocoon. Highly recommend this hotel. All hotel staff were very welcoming and informative. Can’t wait to stay again! "
"This is a giant hotel nearby Heathrow Airport opposite to Premier Inn. It is clean and nice. No. 81 bus is just outside the hotel, easy transport. An important, it has a lot of on-site parking space, £12 per day. In the hotel information, I would suggest adding the on-site parking as a key information then you may attract more customers in the future."

"If you see the staff member named Mustack avoid him at all costs. I arrived on time for my check in and due to how many students use this hotel he was too busy to answer my question. Extremely rude I said excuse me he flashed his hand in my face and said “not now too busy” and went to proceed to help the children. Avoid this hotel at all cost if you want help from their staff. I will say there was one African man there who’s service was a 10/10 he made up for the terrible service I received from Mustack, additionally due to the vast amount of rooms they have the place is a maze and not properly signed. We got lost on numerous occasions trying to find our room and good luck if you’re a minority visitor trying to get help from the cleaning staff they will ignore your cry’s for help. The room was clean there were a lot of kids (student groups) and self parking staff and night staff were impeccable. I’d give this hotel a solid 6 out if 10. "
